I put care and attention into every dish I make, and I want you to be completely happy with your order.

Because my meals are freshly made, frozen, and perishable, I’m not able to accept returns once an order has been delivered. But if anything isn’t right — a missing item, something damaged, or an issue with delivery — I’ll always do my best to put it right.

If there’s a problem with your order:

Please get in touch as soon as you can. I understand that frozen meals might be stored for a while before being used, so there's no strict 48-hour limit — but the sooner you let me know, the better I can help.

I’m happy to offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

To help resolve things quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • A photo if possible
