🔪 Where do you source your ingredients?

I source everything personally, choosing only seasonal produce from trusted Algarve suppliers. From the local market to specialist producers, I select what’s fresh, ripe, and full of flavour.

Cooked in small batches and made by hand, each meal reflects the care, flavour, and precision I honed in Michelin-starred and world-renowned kitchens.

 

🛒 How do I place an order?

To order, just visit the menu page, select your dish, choose your portion size, and add it to your basket. At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery option.

 🚚 How does delivery work?

I offer scheduled deliveries across the Algarve **once a month**.

- ✅ Free delivery on orders over €100 
- ✅ Orders under €100: €8–€15, depending on location  
- ✅ Custom Delivery available — just select it at checkout (€20 fee)

 🥘 What’s included with each meal?

Each dish is:

- Hand-prepared and delivered frozen
- Includes reheating instructions
- Clearly labelled with portion size, ingredients**, and allergens

⏰ Can I request a specific delivery date or time?

Absolutely. If the scheduled date doesn’t suit, just choose Custom Delivery at checkout (€20).

I’ll contact you personally to arrange a time that fits your schedule — ideal for villa arrivals, late check-ins, or special occasions.

📍 Do you deliver to my area?

Yes — I deliver across most of the Algarve.  
Free or flexible delivery is available in Portimão, Lagoa, Lagos, and nearby towns.  
If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering.

📦 Is there a minimum order?

Yes — there’s a €40 minimum order for flexible deliveries and €60 minimum order for scheduled deliveries.

 

❄️ Can I freeze the meals again after delivery?

Meals are deliverd already frozen and should be stored in your freezer immediately.

Once thawed, please don’t refreeze.

 

 🌿 Are the meals suitable for special diets?

Many dishes are naturally gluten-free, dairy-light or pescatarian.  
Allergens are clearly listed on each product page.
