I source everything personally, choosing only seasonal produce from trusted Algarve suppliers. From the local market to specialist producers, I select whatâs fresh, ripe, and full of flavour.
Cooked in small batches and made by hand, each meal reflects the care, flavour, and precision I honed in Michelin-starred and world-renowned kitchens.

đ How do I place an order?
To order, just visit the menu page, select your dish, choose your portion size, and add it to your basket. At checkout, youâll be able to select your preferred delivery option.

I offer scheduled deliveries across the Algarve **once a month**.

Each dish is:
- Hand-prepared and delivered frozen
- Includes reheating instructions
- Clearly labelled with portion size, ingredients**, and allergens

â° Can I request a specific delivery date or time?
Absolutely. If the scheduled date doesnât suit, just choose Custom Delivery at checkout (âŹ20).
Iâll contact you personally to arrange a time that fits your schedule â ideal for villa arrivals, late check-ins, or special occasions.
đ Do you deliver to my area?
Yes â I deliver across most of the Algarve. Â
Free or flexible delivery is available in PortimĂŁo, Lagoa, Lagos, and nearby towns. Â

đŠ Is there a minimum order?
Yes â thereâs a âŹ40 minimum order for flexible deliveries and âŹ60 minimum order for scheduled deliveries.

âïž Can I freeze the meals again after delivery?
Meals are deliverd already frozen and should be stored in your freezer immediately.
Once thawed, please donât refreeze.

Many dishes are naturally gluten-free, dairy-light or pescatarian. Â
