Bring the flavours of Asia to your freezer.

Norwegian salmon, marinated for 24 hours in white miso, sake, and mirin, seasoned with green yuzu kosho and a hand-toasted blend of smoked paprika, nora pepper, caraway, coriander, and cumin. Roasted at high heat until the glaze caramelises and catches at the edges. Nestled on a bed of fresh broccoli, sourced from the market.

Accompanied by a bag of house-made wafu dressing and Jasmine Rice

Zutaten

Salmon fillet, broccoli, white miso paste (water, soyabean, rice, salt), sake, mirin, caster sugar, green yuzu kosho (yuzu, green chilli, salt), smoked paprika, nora pepper, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sunflower oil. Wafu dressing: rice vinegar, soy sauce (soya, wheat), sesame oil, mirin, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, fresh ginger, sunflower oil. Sesame & chilli sachet: toasted sesame seeds, dried chilli flakes.

Aufwärmanleitung

Defrost in the fridge overnight
Preheat oven to 200°C fan
Remove lid and cook for 9 minutes
Rest 2–3 minutes in the tray before serving
Spoon any tray juices over before plating
Plate the wafu dressing first, place salmon and broccoli on top
Serve with steamed rice
