A rich and comforting Portuguese classic,. My version is made with roasted fish bones for a deeper, more intense flavour. Finished with tender pasta and gently poached wild fish, creating a nourishing, flavour-packed bowl that tastes like the Algarve coast.

Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with crusty bread or a drizzle of olive oil.

Fish Bones, Fennel, Onion, Garlic, Celery, Bay Leaf, Thyme, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise, Red Pepper, Cherry Tomato, Paprika, White Wine, Green Pepper, Parsley Stalks, Pasta (Wheat), fresh fish.

Reheating Instructions

• Defrost & Reheating Instructions
• Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Reheat in Pot: Transfer to a saucepan and gently heat over medium heat
, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
• Rest: Let sit for 2–3 minutes before serving.
• Caution: Contents will be hot.
