Slow-braised chicken in a creamy Amontillado sherry sauce with bacon, mushrooms, and baby potatoes, enriched with Gruyère, Parmesan, and a hint of truffle oil.

Reheating Instructions

Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Preheat: Fan-assisted oven to 170°C.
• Reheat: Keep in the tinfoil tray with the lid on. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
• Check Temperature: Ensure it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
• Rest: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
• Caution: Tray and contents will be hot.
