Rich almond sponge infused with whole clementines, warm Christmas spices, and a touch of brandy, served with a glossy brandy toffee sauce.
Luxurious, aromatic, and deeply comforting,  the perfect way to finish your Christmas feast.

Ingredients

Clementines, brown sugar, butter, eggs, ground almonds, plain flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, brandy, cream, sea salt.

Reheating Instructions

Reheating Instructions:
Cook from frozen.

1 Place on a baking tray and heat in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan) for 12–15 minutes, or until piping hot.
1️ Remove the lid.
3 bake for a further 5 minuets until sauce is bubbling
4 Alternatively, heat in the microwave for 2 minutes (700 W).
