Velvety creamed spinach enriched with nutty Comté cheese, folded through with baby morel mushrooms braised in Madeira wine. A decadent side dish that brings earthy depth and refined creaminess to any table.

Ingredients

Spinach, baby morel mushrooms, Comté cheese, double cream, butter, garlic, onion, Dijon mustard, Madeira wine, thyme, nutmeg, sea salt, black pepper.

Reheating Instructions

Cook: Preheat fan-assisted oven to 170°C.
Bake in the tinfoil tray with the lid on for 10 minutes.
Remove lid, mix well, and bake for another 8 minutes until golden brown.
Check Temperature: Ensure it’s piping hot (minimum 75°C) before serving.

Pan Method (Recommended)
Remove from packaging.
Place in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Stir gently for 4–6 minutes until hot and creamy throughout.
