Reheating Instructions

• Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Reheat: Bring 3 tablespoons of milk to the boil in a small pan.
• Add potatoes and bring to the boil, mixing well to re-emulsify.
• Check Temperature: Ensure it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
