A traditional Alentejo lamb stew, slow-cooked with potatoes, peas, cinnamon, and fresh mint for a rich and aromatic flavour. Served on oven-baked sourdough bread. 

Ingredients

amb Shoulder, Lamb neck, Onion, Tomato, Potatoes, Garlic, Peas, Bay, Mint,
Parsley, Flour (wheat ), Sweet Paprika,
Cinnamon, Cloves, White Wine, White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Pork Fat.

Reheating Instructions

• Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Preheat: Fan-assisted oven to 170°C.
• Reheat: Keep in the tinfoil tray with lid on. Bake for 25-30 minutes,
stirring halfway through.
• Check Temperature: Ensure it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
• Rest: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
