Aged chuck of beef slow-cooked with ale, porcini and oyster mushrooms, carrots, and aromatic herbs, encased in a golden hot crust pastry.

Beef Chuck, Smoked Bacon, Dried Ceps, Mushrooms, Onions, Carrots, Tomato Purée, Flour, Brown Ale, Beef Stock, Thyme, Rosemary, Salt, Pepper, Merlot Vinegar, Flour, Salt, Eggs, Butter (Milk), Pork Fat

Reheating Instructions

• Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Preheat: Fan-assisted oven to 180°C
• Reheat: Remove the lid and bake uncovered for 45 -55minutes
until the pastry is golden and the filling is piping hot.
• Check Temperature: Ensure it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
• Rest: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
