Ingredients

Lamb Neck & Lamb Shoulder, Lamb Stock, Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Herbs, Tomato Puree, Carrots, Celery* Red Wine, Port, Flour, Butter, Star Anise, Potatoes, Worcestershire Sauce (Fish)

Reheating Instructions

• Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Preheat: Fan-assisted oven to 170°C.
• Reheat: Keep in the tinfoil tray with the lid on. Bake for 20-25 minutes,
then remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden.
• Check Temperature: Ensure it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
• Rest: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
