Chicken, Coconut Milk, Green Curry Paste, (Shrimp Paste*), Fish Sauce*, Lime Leaves, Palm Sugar, Basil, Aubergine, Green Beans, Red pepper, Chilli , Vegetable Oil, Rice.

Reheating Instructions

>Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
>Preheat: Fan-assisted oven to 160°C (320°F).
>Reheat: Keep in the tinfoil tray with lid on. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
>Stir: Gently stir halfway through.
>Check Temperature: Ensure it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
>Rest: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
