A comforting blend of home-smoked salmon, hake, stone bass, gray mullet, monkfish, and prawns with, spinach and dill in a creamy sauce, topped with rich mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

Salmon, Pollock, Monkfish, Prawns, Stone Bass (Fish) Leek, Onion , Spinach, herbs, Potato, Milk, Butter, Flour (Gluten), White Wine, Cream, Parmesan, Emmental,(DAIRY) Salt, Pepper, Mustard.

Reheating Instructions

Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Preheat: Fan-assisted oven to 175°C.
• Reheat: Keep in the tinfoil tray and remove the lid. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
• Check Temperature: Ensure it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
• Rest: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
