A rich and creamy Irish seafood chowder with home-smoked salmon and wild fish—hake, monkfish, mussels, cockles, wild Algarve coastal shrimp, celery, and confit potatoes. Thickened with Dijon mustard and finished with crème fraîche.

Reheating Instructions

Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Preheat: Fan-assisted oven to 170°C.
• Reheat: Keep in the tinfoil tray with the lid on. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
• Check Temperature: Ensure it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
• Rest: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
