Sweet garden peas, fresh mint, finished with slow-smoked Monchique ham hock. Simple, perfect for spring — the kind of soup that reminds you why good ingredients don't need much fuss.

The ham hock is  braised until it falls apart. Every spoonful gets that smoky depth without overpowering the sweetness of the peas or the brightness of the mint.

Reheating Instructions

• Defrost & Reheating Instructions
• Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Reheat in Pot: Transfer to a saucepan and gently heat over medium heat
, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
• Rest: Let sit for 2–3 minutes before serving.
• Caution: Contents will be hot.
