Sourced from the renowned woodlands of Périgord, France, these hand-selected Boletus edulis porcini are chosen by Plantin for their exceptional quality and rich, nutty flavour. With their deep aroma and tender texture once rehydrated, they bring an unmistakable gourmet touch to sauces, risottos, and meat dishes.
When rehydrated, dried porcini expand to around 3.5 times their weight — 10g of dried mushrooms yields approximately 35g fresh.
