A luxurious, Mediterranean-inspired cassoulet of wild Madagascan prawns, roasted peppers, and fresh borlotti beans, gently simmered in rich prawn stock with saffron-braised fennel and cherry tomatoes. Finished with fresh basil for a comforting yet elegant dish.

Prawns (Crustaceans), Borlotti Beans, Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Butter (Milk), Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Fennel, Celery, Saffron, Leeks, Basil, Cherry Tomatoes, Prawn Stock (Crustaceans), White Wine, Salt, Pepper.

Reheating Instructions

Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
Preheat: Fan-assisted oven to 170°C.
Reheat: Keep in the tinfoil tray with lid on. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring gently halfway through.
Check Temperature: Ensure it reaches a minimum of 75°C.
Rest: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Caution: Tray and contents will be hot.
