A velvety roasted pumpkin soup inspired by Heston Blumenthal’s recipe, finished with a savoury guanciale, rosemary, and pumpkin seed crumble, and scented with white truffle oil. Comforting yet refined — the taste of Christmas in every spoonful.

Ingredients

Pumpkin, milk, butter, olive oil, onion, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, guanciale, pumpkin seeds, breadcrumbs, clementine zest, nutmeg, sea salt, chives, Sunflower oil, white truffle oil.

Reheating Instructions

Cook from frozen.
1️ Remove the sachets of crumble and oil from the pack.
2️ Empty soup into a saucepan and reheat gently over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
3️ Pour into a bowl.
4️ Garnish with the guanciale and rosemary crumble, and finish with a drizzle of pumpkin seed oil.
Serve immediately and enjoy restaurant-quality flavour at home.
