Ingredients

Pudding: Dates, Water, Butter, Dark Brown Sugar, Eggs, Bicarbonate, Self-Raising Flour;
Toffee Sauce: Butter, Light Brown Sugar, Dark Brown Sugar, Cream, Salt, Vanilla, Black Treacle.

Reheating Instructions

• Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
• Preheat: Fan-assisted oven to 160°C.
• Reheat: Keep in the tinfoil tray with the lid on.
• Cook: With lid on, bake for 12 minutes.
• Remove the lid and bake for an additional 5 minutes until set and lightly bubbling.
• Rest: Let sit for 3 minutes before serving.
