A bold, umami-rich stir-fry packed with shiitake and eringi mushrooms, broccoli, bok choy, edamame, and sweet peppers, all tossed in a savoury yellow bean and soy glaze. Finished with peanuts, sesame, and spring onion for crunch and aroma.

Serving Suggestion: Serve over jasmine rice or noodles for a complete meal.

Ingredients

Shiitake mushrooms, eringi mushrooms, broccoli, yellow soybean paste, soy sauce (soy), dark soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, mirin, red & yellow pepper, carrot, bok choy, onion, edamame, peanuts, spring onion, sesame oil, sesame seeds, fresh chilli, cornflour.

Reheating Instructions

Defrost: Place in the fridge overnight.
Pan Method: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add contents and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes.
Add Water: Midway through, add 1–2 tablespoons of water to loosen the sauce.
Garnish: Remove sachets before cooking. Sprinkle over the stir-fry just before serving.

Check: Ensure food reaches 75°C before serving.
