Ingredients

Pork shoulder, baby corn, peppers, carrot, bok choy, onion, garlic, ginger, yellow soybean paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, cornflour, sesame oil, roasted peanuts, spring onions, sesame seeds, chilli.

Reheating Instructions

Heating Instructions

Pan Method (Recommended)

Remove from packaging.

Heat a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat.

Add a splash of water and stir-fry gently until hot throughout (5–7 minutes).

Oven Method

Preheat oven to 165 °C (fan).

Transfer to an ovenproof dish and cover with foil.

Heat for 20–25 minutes until piping hot. Stir before serving.
